Greta Bergren Linville, 87, of Memphis, passed away on February 24, 2017. Born on November 9, 1929 in Minneapolis, MN, Greta moved to Memphis in 1948. She married Barry Neal Linville in 1950, and they were married for 56 years. They were founding members of the Macon Road Church of Christ and were faithful until their deaths. Mrs. Linville was preceded in death by her husband, Barry; her parents, Don and Gladys Bergren; and her sister, Jo Ann Kochman. She is survived by three sons, David (Vicky)of Rossville, TN, Donnie and Russell (Diana) of Memphis; three grandchildren, Brad, Amber, and Trey; her great granddaughter, Taylor; and her brother, Peter Bergren (Barbara) of Fall Creek, WI. The family will gather to receive friends on Monday, February 27, at 12:30 P.M., and funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m., at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue.
