Horace Braxton “H.B.” Young, 83, of Germantown, Tennessee died on May 6, 2014. Mr. Braxton was involved with International Harvester for 60 years, a member of Germantown Baptist Church and an Army Veteran who served in Korea. In Memphis, his family will receive guests for visiting and refreshments on Thursday, May 8 from 5PM until services begin at 7PM all at Memphis Funeral Home at 5599 Poplar Avenue. In Alabama, his family will receive guests on Friday, May 9 from 6PM – 8PM at Radney Funeral Home, Goodwater, AL and have interment services on Saturday, May 10 at 10AM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Braxton is survived by his wife of 63 years Wilma Barnett Young; daughters Rhonda Young Thomason & Suzanne Young Hatsell (Bryan); grandchildren Michael Thomason & Meredith Hatsell; sisters Jeanette Monroe & Dot Bridges; and brothers Robert Young & Sherill Young.
