Ingrid Louise Cooper

Ingrid Louise Cooper, died in her home on the 13th of August, 2016. She was only 83. Born on December 15, 1932 in Bad-Rappeneu, Germany she was the daughter of the late Heinrich & Elizabeth Kirrstetter. A member of the Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church, Ingrid was known for her love of reading, gardening, cooking and escpecially her Christmas cookies. Funeral services will be held today, Tuesday, the 16th of August beginning at two o'clock in the afternoon at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. The family will be at the funeral home beginning at one o'clock to receive guests. Rev. Warren R. Pellom of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church will conduct the traditional Lutheran service Ms. Cooper requested. Along with her parents, Ingrid was preceded in death by her husband Jackie Cooper. She is survived by her son Gary (Linda) Cooper of West Memphis, Arkansas; brother Heinz Kirrstetter of Bad-Rappenau; grandchildren Jackie & Jacob Cooper, and Amber Williams; great-granddaughter Kaitlynn Camp; and her little dog Buttons!
