Jacinta came into my life as a piano student when she was 8 or 9 years old. I remember her as quiet and determined. There were some things that she wanted me to know early on and that was that she was smart, confident, and obedient.  Throughout the years we developed a very close and rapport. Jacinta was honest to a fault with few filters and especially through her puberty years. Through Jacinta, I knew most of her family. She adored her mom and like most young girls her dad was invincible in her eyes. I knew her best friend whom she was super loyal and protective of.  It gives me comfort to know that Jacinta got to do some of the things that she wanted to do with her life. We stayed in pretty close contact and Jacinta was very proud of her young family. She was a jewel and I am going to miss her very much.

To Janice and Hattie, I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your beautiful daughter and niece. Even though it is difficult at this time, please remember the promise of the resurrection in the future and keep thinking about what is ahead of us as prophesied in the scriptures. You will see her again! John 5:28-29 and Isaiah26:19
