Jack Sanders

Jack B. Sanders, 83, passed away November 18, 2011. Mr. Sanders was a navy veteran and a retired executive of Binswangers Glass Company. Jack was a long time member of Park Avenue Church of Christ. Mr. Sanders was preceded in death by his wife Dellie Sanders and his brother Don Sanders. He is survived by his loving wife Martha Lipsey Sanders, one daughter Jackie Hightower (Jack), three step children Holly McKnight (Sam), Marquetta Walker (Duane), and Woody Parks (Marty), two grandchildren Brad and Emily Hightower, six step grandchildren, one brother Lowery Sanders (Barbara), and one sister Mary Katherine Hickle. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 19 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 20 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Poplar Avenue. Funeral services will be held Sunday November 20th at 2:00p.m. also at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Poplar Avenue. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Park Avenue Church of Christ or charity of your choose.
