James E. Crocker, age 69 of Cordova, Tn., passed away Friday, March 8 2013. Mr. Crocker was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. He was also a welder at Gipson Mechanical, and was a member of the UA Steamfitters Union Local 614. James was a hard worker, loved sports and cars, particularly his Mustang, but most of all loved life, his family and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Brenda Knox Crocker; two sons, Scott (Mistie) and Brad (Michelle) Crocker; two brothers, Don (Ruth) and John W. (Tawanna) Crocker; one sister, Deborah Campbell (Doug); six grandchildren, Jonathan, Jacob , Jonah, Jessica, Jordan, and Matthew Crocker. The family will receive friends at Family Funeral Care, located on Summer Avenue, Sunday, March 10 from 2-4 PM. A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, March 11, 1 PM at West Shady Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Eupora, Mississippi.
