James William "Bill" Goodman born August 9, 1932 passed Tuesday March 29, 2016. Mr. Goodman worked at Whittichen Lime & Cement for 30 years. He was a member of Willow Oaks Pentecostal Holiness church for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his son James Phillip Goodman. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Jo Ann Goodman of Memphis, Son Billy Osborne of Horn Lake, MS, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday April 1, 2016 10 a.m at Willow Oaks Pentecostal Holiness in Memphis, TN. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cedar Grove, TN.
