James Carrol Russell, 78, passed away March 31, 2021. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Russell was an electrician in the Memphis area for more than 54 years.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Sandra Russell; daughter, Sherry Shaffer and her husband Dan; two grandchildren, MiKayla Shaffer and Benjamin Shaffer and brother, Dennis Rhyne and his wife Patty.

Funeral services for Mr. Russell will be held Tuesday April 6 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis. The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m.
