Jo Marion Bailey, 66, of Memphis, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO after a heroic fight, awaiting a lung transplant. She was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Bailey, the wife of Thomas Bailey for 27 years, also leaves a daughter and son in law, Kris Vaiden and Dave Jeffrey of Chattanooga, TN; a brother and sister in law, Russell and Robin Mason of Nashville; her parents, Clifton R. and Jo Alice Mason of Dexter, MO; and two grandchildren, Austin Shands and Jamie Jeffrey, both of Chattanooga. The family will receive friends this evening, Friday, October 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Family Funeral Care. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 29 at the funeral home with interment to follow in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Lung Association.
