Johnny was magical and so much more. We sure loved visiting him and his Rottweilers. He even gave us our Carter girl 5 years ago. We miss you so much Johnny. Love you!

Johnny and I go way back to 8th grade, when I lost my father. He was one of the first one of my friends to comfort me. We then went on to be on the wrestling team in high school, and let me add 3 years of summer school together. We lost track of one another just after high school, then reconnected, then lost track of one another again. We have lost alot of great close friends and with each that has passed we would always reach out to one another to say hey brother and talk about all the old memories. Johnny you will always be remembered see you one day my brother. Until then...

"Often immitated, never duplicated" 

There are so many good things I could say about Johnny Green. There are so many in fact that 2000 words wouldn't be enough. My favorite memory of Johnny and I is when we took a Slingshot around the Lander's Center. Johnny couldn't drive a car to save his life. He hadn't owned one in years! If he ever did own a vehicle he'd never drive it. He drove me around and I looked over at him and said let's switch so we switched. We drove it around the Center a couple of times and had a blast! He took this picture. This is one of my favorite memories of Johnny. Love you big bro. Often imitated never duplicated...

Every phone call started with “Hey Mom and ended with I Love You Always”.  Those words will forever be missed.

Johnny had such a special place in my heart and still does. He had a personality that was so big it just exploded out of him. He would always make it a point to speak to everyone. Johnny was so funny. I would come back from lunch with a to go box and he would say oh you brought me a plate. And I would always hand him the  box. There were no leftovers just an extra plate for Johnny. I would get stressed or mad and I knew I could always depend on him to come outside and talk to me . Johnny was and still is an amazing guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Ride High Johnny Green and I will miss you and think of you always.

Purchased my 2002 Dyna Low from Johnny at HD Collierville and honored to be is co-worker at HD Collierville and Southern Thunder.   He is  a true gentleman and friend.  He always greeted you with a hug and a smile and something positive to say.  You will be missed.  Love you Johnny!  

I would drive out of my way to swing by dealership just to visit with him. He was just one them type people you enjoyed being around and wanted to be like. He will be missed so much in the motorcycle community. My sincere condolences to his family. Miss you brother …

I will always remember Johnny as having the biggest smile whenever I came into STHD. He always was kind to me when I asked my million and one questions about my first bike that he sold me. I didn't know who smiled bigger the day I picked it up, him or me! 
I loved watching his videos and his posts about always breaking his phone. 
I went to STHD to buy a bike, and I left with the honor of making an amazing friend. 
I hope you have all the bikes you ever want to ride upstairs....

We met Johnny soon after we moved to Mississippi. We worked a fair with him manning the Southern Thunder Booth. Its not the building or the bikes that draws people to a dealership, it is the people  who care about you as a person, not just a customer! Johnny Green was one of those special people that made you feel welcome each and every time he saw you.  His memory will live long and strong at Southern Thunder, and he will be very difficult to replace. RIP Brother!

Johnny was a shining star of a person and coworker.  No matter when you seen him he had a big smile on his face that just always made you happy to be around him.  He loved motorcycles and loved talking about them also.  Loved his videos he posted on facebook and his tag line "often imitated but never duplicated"  That is so true about him.   I will miss teasing him about not being able to keep a phone without breaking it.  STHD will not be the same without you.  Hope you have the fastest and shiniest  Harley in heaven my friend.  You will always be missed.

To say Johnny Green was a unique individual would be an understatement, but it's SO true ! I'd seen Johnny around STHD before but had never had much dealings with him, but I noticed he always had a smile and positive comment to everyone.   Then on February 4, 2017 my husband and I  actually got to sit down with our salesman and Johnny and deal on the 2016 Street Glide SGS we bought. Didn't matter that we kept them there an hour and half past closing to either one. And a solid friendship was formed from there on. We made many trips to STHD sometimes just to see Johnny and shoot the bull with him. Sometimes he would seek us out first, but ALWAYS there was a hug and conversation !!!   The last time we saw him we made plans to get together in the near future on one of his off days.  Sadly God decided he needed a Harley enthusiast in Heaven first.  Johnny touched SO MANY lives. I hope he is looking down and smiling at all the memories people are sharing.:  as he always said, "Often Imitated, Never Duplicated" !!  To all of those of us that knew him, in Johnny's honor always, Ride Safe, Ride OFTEN !!!   Until we meet again Brother !!!!    We love you Johnny Green !!!  

Johnny was not just a sales person at STHD he was a friend to everyone in the riding community in our area. Johnny being the person he was watched my bike for me while I went on vacation even offered to redo the brakes on it for me. I left him the keys so he could ride her to work. Not only did he take care of my bike but cleaned all the controls in it as well . I will never forget just coming up to STHD just to hang out with him sometimes and talk bikes or music. Johnny was a good friend that I will never forget. Johnny had the personality and charisma of a generation not of ours and he will never be forgotten. Ride on Johnny you will be missed.
