The tallest man in the room who always had something to say- even when he was quiet.

My friend, our friendship moved beyond convenience and we became family. We shared Army missions, personal milestones, and the large and small details of everyday life without hesitation or formality.

You understood my history, my habits, and my values, and I understood yours. That familiarity created comfort and honesty between us . There was no need for pretence, and that made our bond steady and safe. We supported one another through change, growth, and the quiet routines that often mean the most. Regardless of where we were we still supported each other.

I am thankful that our friendship grew into something so lasting and sincere. You were part of my life in a way that cannot be replaced.
