Linda liberto was born September 24 1952 to loving parents, Toni and Jewel Liberto as we were all blessed to have known Linda,most of us know that she had an interesting and inspiring life. She touched many lives with her sweet and enduring way. Artist that she was, she always saw the world from a little bit different angle than the rest of us, she was an inspiring and sought after artist ..Her works-speaks for itself. She was a graduate of Kingsbury high school class of 72 and went on to further her education at the Memphis Art Museum. Her love of animals, and nature lead her into many endeavors in her life. She groomed animals for many years. She was a fabulous florist. She worked tireless years at Toni and jewels restaurant and bar.. she had a head for business, but she was a very smart bar owner. Her love for animals and humanity in later years took her to the Marshall county sheriff’s department with the search and rescue team. As she had a great reputation, in that field of work. She was loved by so many, her children, Theresa Thibaut stewart and Jesse James Baum. Jessie passed away on January 11 2015 Which, of course the pain and grief never left Linda. She is survived by her brother Larry liberto and her daughter Theresa Stewart also her nieces Leigh-Annette Liberto, Michelle Fish, Heather Liberto Her nephews, Aaron Liberto, robert Floyd and Joey Liberto. Her grandchildren, Kaleb Stewart, Kody Stewart, Haley Baum, Jordan Baum. Great grandchildren, Logan Stewart, Lukas Stewart, and Luna Stewart. She had a great love and showed it in many ways. Our lives and hearts will never be the same losing our sweet Linda will affect all of us, her family and her friends.
A visitation for Linda will be held Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
