Marvin “Glenn” Bailey, 65, of Memphis died October 7, 2013. Glenn was a fierce advocate for the disabled, a board member for Memphis Center for Independent Living (MCIL), and served on the Mayor’s Advisory Council for Citizens with Disabilities. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Kathleen Bailey. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19 at MCIL. The family requests memorials be made to MCIL, Methodist Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
