Mary Elizabeth McCall

Mary Elizabeth McCall, 61, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020. Mary was a passionate and humorous Best Selling Author. Mary had a brilliant imagination that challenged us all to be better people. She also received her Bachelors in Nursing from Memphis State University. She was very talented and made beautiful rosaries for gifts. She loved music and singing. Her favorite holiday was Christmas because it brought her family together. Mary relied on her faith for everyday challenges and health struggles and always kept her faith. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Minnie McCall and her sister Adele McCall. She is survived by her sister, Theresa McCall (Korene Greenwood); brother, Robert D. McCall II (Valerie D. McCall); nieces, Shannon M. Herman (Christopher Herman) and Mary Beth Berry (Tucker L. Berry); nephews, Robert D. McCall III, Michael J. McCall, Gabriel McCall and Gordon Greenwood (Belline); great-niece, Kaelyn Taylor; grand-nephews, Ben Herman, Brooks Herman, Charlie Berry and Grayson Berry; and her loving, loyal companion and family member “ Thunder”. If anyone would like to say their final goodbyes there will be a graveside service held Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Calvary Cemetery, 1663 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN 38106.
