Melissa Sue Hodges, 60, of Memphis, TN passed away Monday November 27, 2023. She was born February 08, 1963 in Memphis, TN. She married Stephen W. Hodges on November 18, 1989. She is survived by her husband Stephen, their 3 daughters Chelsea, Kayla, Carley (Brian), 2 grandchildren Cooper and Brooklyne, and their family dog, Tucker.
She was a teacher aid for Shelby County Schools at Brownsville Road Elementary School for 23+ years where she loved and was loved by many. She loved gardening, crafting, and being with her family and friends. A celebration of Melissa’s life will be held on Saturday December 2nd, 2023 at Family Funeral Care (4925 Summer Ave Memphis, TN 38122) from 4:00-6:00pm.
