Mildred M. Davidson

Mildred Marie Davidson, died on Monday, the 8th of January, 2018 at the age of 98. Born in Paragould, Arkansas, Mildred graduated from Tech High School. She was a past President of Church Women United. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist church where she was a choir member and Bible fellowship teacher. A gathering will be held on Wednesday, the 10th of January from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. and funeral services will be on Thursday, the 11th of January beginning at 10 a.m., all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN. Burial will follow in Morning Sun Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Bro Mark Gates of Bellevue Baptist Church will lead the funeral service. Mrs. Davidson was preceded in death by her husband, Lewie Polk Davidson, Sr. and son, Lew Davidson. Mildred is survived by her daughter-in-law, Cheryl Davidson; daughter, Dale Jones; sons, David (Anita) Davidson, Clyde (Debbie) Davidson, and Lansing (Shirley) Davidson; 13 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
