Nancy Foster Spencer Seiffert

She was a graduate of Whitehaven High School where she played basketball and was a cheerleader.

She married G. K. Spencer, Jr. in 1939. Nancy and G. K. served as house parents at Dunlap Orphanage. They moved to Lutheran Village in 2001. G. K. died in 2002 and Nancy married Carl Seiffert in 2006.

Nancy was an active member of Richland ARP church, loved being involved in the Rosemark Garden Club and playing cards with her wonderful friends at Lutheran Village.

She was retired after 18 years as a secretary with the Shelby County School Board.

Along with her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husbands; G. K. Spencer, Carl Seiffert, her daughter; Gayle, son; Keith, Sister; Evelyn Rhodes and brother; Wesley Foster.

She is survived by 1 daughter, 2 step-daughters, a daughter in law, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and her Spencer cousins.

The family will receive friends at Noon on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Richland ARP church with Funeral Services beginning at 1pm. Burial will be in the Rosemark Cemetery.
