Nina Miller

Nina P. Miller, 89 of Germantown died October 8, 2014. She was the daughter of the late R.M. and Audrey Pilley. Nina graduated from Central High School in Memphis and attended Southwestern at Memphis (Rhodes College) and LSU. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She married the late Robert W. Miller in 1947. She leaves three children, Pam McKinney (Harold), Paul H. Miller and Robert Andrew Miller; three grandchildren, Andrea McKinney Fleener, Robert Andrew Miller, Jr. and William Anderson Miller; three great grandchildren Jayden, Jacob, and Eli. Nina was well known in the advertising community in Memphis, working in advertising at most of the department stores here. She retired from Catherine’s Stout Shoppe as their advertising director over all of their stores throughout the United States. A visitation will be held Saturday, October 11 from 3:30 - 5:30 pm at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue. Burial will be at a later date with a private service for the family.
