She was preceded by her parents, Frank and Janet Louise Billings, sister, Margaret Louise Beauregard.
She is survived by her niece, Barbara Tyler of Corpus Christi, TX.
She was a graduate of Humes High School. Ollie retired from The Federal Reserve Bank and Peggy's Hometown Fashions.
She was a member of Leawood Baptist Church where she was a choir member, Nursery worker, Church Meals committee and a volunteer at Leawood Mission Center.
She was devoted to her friends, neighbors and Church Family, as well as her "Adopted granddaughters", Sarah and Mary Elizabeth Forrester.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at Foxbridge assisted Living Facility for their loving care over the last four years. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to Leawood Baptist Church, 3638 Macon Rd., Memphis, TN 38122 or St Jude Children's Research Hospital or the organization of your choice would be appreciated
A visitation for Ollie will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Leawood Baptist Church, 3638 Macon Rd, Memphis, TN 38122. .
The funeral service will follow the visitation at the church beginning at 1:00pm.
Burial will be held in Memphis Memory Gardens.
