Patricia Akers

Patricia Ann Akers of Bartlett, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the age of 90. Pat, as she like to be called, was preceded in death by Geroge M. Akers, husband of 70 years and her son, William Dale Akers.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Dianne (Rick) Gregory and son, David (Julie) Akers; five grandchildren-Cara Idahosa, Dustin (Regina) Akers, Cory Gregory, Bryan Akers and April Akers; eleven great-grandchildren-Katelyn (Chris) Knowles, Alexis Idahosa, Samantha Idahosa, Dalton Akers and Dominic Akers, Landon, Bailee, Aydan, Michael, Bean and William; four great great grandchildren Raven Davis, Pheonix Oney, Grayson Oney and Vivian Knowles.

Pat was known for her love of holidays and family gatherings. She loved spending time on the lake and cooking wonderful desserts. We will always miss the homemade Christmas candy, we fought over it like it was gold! We will hold all our memories with her close to our hearts.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Family Funeral Care 4925 Summer Ave Memphis, TN 38122 at 1:30pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.
