Mrs. Faulkner was born on June 25, 1932. She worked in a variety of positions with the State of Tennessee, local government and in business. She was active in the Republican Party, various community organizations and her church. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank and a brother and two sisters. Peggy had one child, her daughter Deborah Faulkner Gibson, a son in-law Rev. Chris Gibson and four granddaughters Elizabeth Giesman, Mary Gibson, Christian Gibson and Rebekah Gibson. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in the Salmon Room at Second Presbyterian Church, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Second Presbyterian Church of Memphis
