Peggy Knight Mills, age 61, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Peggy was born on December 29, 1960 to Ray Knight and Billye Knight. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Memphis. She married Terry Mills on March 5, 1994. They had their only child, Olivia Mills, on February 2, 1995. She worked as a paralegal for several different law firms as well as freelance. She had a deep love of the South, her Ole Miss Rebels, all animals, and her family and friends. She loved reading, writing, music, swimming, and being with people she loved. She is survived by her husband, Terry, her daughter, Olivia, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family, friends, and all others are welcome to attend her celebration of life Tuesday, February 8th at 5:00pm for visitation and 6:00pm for service at Memphis Funeral Home on 5599 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN, 38119.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be directed to any animal rescue agency of the donor's choice.
