Randal Bradford Smith, 83, passed away February 11, 2019. He was born in Booneville, MS, July 22, 1935 to the late Buford Clay and Nettie Jewel Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother Dean Smith.
Mr. Smith graduated from Thrasher High School in Booneville, MS. in 1954 and was a longtime member and former Deacon of Georgian Hill's Baptist Church. He owned Smith Drywall Service. He enjoyed creating furniture, fishing and hunting.
He leaves behind to honor his memory ; his wife of 60 years, Marilyn Roach Smith, daughter, Sonya Gohman and her husband Mark of Russellville, AR, son, Randy Smith and his wife Ginger of Franklin, TN, Grandchildren; Dr. Taylor Gohman of Little Rock, AR, Mary Morgan Smith of Denver, Colorado, Natalie Gohman of Fayetteviile, AR, and Catie Collins Smith of Franklin, TN, sisters; Eloise (Lee) Kendrick, Tess (Troy) Stevens and Shirley (James) Huddleston of Booneville, MS.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Family Funeral Care with services to follow at 10:30. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery in Booneville, MS at 2:30 p.m.
Memorials may be made in Mr. Smith's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
