Thomas Alonzo Richey, 74 passed away October 25, 2014 in Memphis, TN. He was retired from PSI, a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, an avid photographer, a member of the Memphis Camera Club for over 30 years and photographer for Race for the Cure for 15 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dorothy Pearson Richey. He is survived by his wife, Sue Knollmiller Richey; daughter Jennifer (Dana) Pannell; son, Scott Richey; three grandchildren, John Paul Pannell, Sean Richey, and Danielle Pannell; a sister, Barbara Savage; niece Lynne Dewyre and great-nice Grace Hill. The family will receive friends, Saturday November 1, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., a memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. in the Celebration of Life Chapel of Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119.
