Thomas was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 17, 1951.
He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Memphis State University.
He worked for Internal Revenue Service in both Memphis and Jackson for 37 years. He was given an award by Internal Revenue in 1986 in Washington, DC.
His son, Thomas Cleveland Wyant Jr. preceded him in death. His wife of 52 years, Susan W. Wyant is his only surviving relative.
His favorite hobbies were reading about past wars, building model planes and boats and collecting stamps.
His legacy of love for family and friends will be remembered.
Funeral services are incomplete at this time. He will be buried at Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN.
