I will always remember working side by side with you at the community services building. We hauled around that silly blender bike & made smoothies for people. ‘Healthy Menifee’ was our thing together & you made such a positive impact on the students at all those schools. Our summer sports camp was a success - and you always came with a smile & positive attitude. You had my back & I had yours. We looked out for each other. It made a lasting impression on my life. I was lucky to have known Chelsea. Every time my family and I arrived to a Menifee event, one of the first things I saw was a big smile on Chelsea’s face. She always brought so much life and vibrancy everywhere she went.

Chelsea’s time on Earth was cut way too short. She will be truly missed.

I had the absolutely honor in getting to know Chelsea. My heart is in shambles , I miss her so much. She was the sweetest, kindest soul and I always wish to have her patience. She had so many plans for the future and we would always talk about raising kids together and what it would be like. I just know she’s making tons of friends in heaven right now❤️ my love goes out to her family and friends ❤️

Chelsea was always caring, delightful,  and always wore a smile that exemplified her heart. She went out of her way for my brother and myself while we were on deployments. Chelsea took a lot of time to send us care packages full of candy, beef jerky, and hygienic care items. The packages went a long way between all the men & women that I served with. Not just one package, numerous package, too many to put a number on. The entire Bollinger family always looked out  for my family and I’ll always remember that. My thoughts and prayers have been with you guys and will remain with the entire family.

I knew Chelsea, because I am a friend of her dad’s and was also friends with her Grandma Jan. Chelsea was fiercely loyal to her family and also tender and kind towards them. I remember her fixing meals for her father and laughing lovingly at his silly jokes. Chelsea took care of her grandmother, driving her on errands, visiting regularly for chats, and, when there was illness, ensuring that proper support was given.  Chelsea was the kind of person  who did the right thing, even when nobody was looking. She once invited me to Easter dinner, though I know her hands were already full with the number of guests she had. I never heard her say a negative word about anyone.

I had the honor of meeting this Angel. Chelsea touched everyone she met and her Godly light will always shine. My deepest condolences are extended to Pete, Mike, Carmen, Matthew, and Chelsea's entire family.  Enjoy the Lord's beautiful presence as He surely enjoys yours!  I will always remember the spaghetti dinner you whipped up!!

We are so saddened by the loss of Chelsea.  We moved into our cul-de-sac in 1992.  We both had a boy and a girl, each were 1 year apart. Needless to say, living next door to each other for over 25 years, we became family.  Chelsea was the kindest person with a heart of gold.  She was my daughters 1st best friend.  We have so many memories of them playing out front, swimming and having sleep overs often.  We will hold all those memories close to our hearts.  We send our sincerest condolences to Mike, Carmen, Pete, Matt, and all who loved her, and had the privilege of knowing her.  Rest easy pretty girl, we love you!

Chelsea personified dedication and care within our community. Her commitment to her role was evident in every event she planned, each filled with purpose and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those she served. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as a volunteer. She always made me feel like my work was important. 
 
Chelsea went above and beyond her duties, always ensuring that our community events were not just gatherings but meaningful experiences that brought people together. Her loss will be felt profoundly, not only by my wife and I, but by the entire community she served with such passion and love.
 
Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to her family, friends, and all who were touched by her warmth and generosity. Chelsea will be dearly missed.
