Stephanie Marie Cunard

Stephanie “Stef” Marie Krebsbach Cunard peacefully passed away on October 8, 2022 after a surgery to repair a broken leg. Stephanie fell into a coma and lived for 4 days until being called home to Heaven on Saturday. Stephanie lived with Stage-4 Breast Cancer the last 8 and a half years of her life, surviving a brain tumor and multiple head surgeries. Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 29th, at Olive Grove Church in Nuevo, CA.

Stephanie was born on November 25, 1970 in Downey, California, to Timm & Marlene Krebsbach. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University at Long Beach in 1993. She married Jason Cunard on July 11, 1992, after a 5 year courtship. They raised two sons together and Stephanie served as their primary teacher for 12 years of homeschooling. Stephanie accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord & Savior at the age of 27. She relocated to a ranch property in Nuevo, CA in 2003 where she grew a large garden, raised chickens, turkeys, goats & pigs, learning the farm life and teaching her boys the value of providing for themselves. Her years in Nuevo were her best years, with family and friends of the Hillbilly Bible Study.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Jason; her sons Tyler & Austin; her parents Timm & Marlene; her Sister Michele Walker; her daughter-in-law Emily Cunard; 4 nieces & 2 nephews, 2 great nieces, and many spiritual brothers & sisters in the Lord Jesus Christ.
