Antonio Galdino Rodriguez Vera

Antonio Galdino Rodriguez Vera, age 75, of Livingston, California passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Antonio was born June 7, 1949, in Oaxaca, Mexico where he lived in San Mateo Tunuchi. He retired as a teacher in Mexico. Antonio attended San Judas Tadeo Church in Livingston, California and was a member of Los Apostoles de la Palabra.

He is survived by his spouse Katherine Schell, his children Rosamaria Rodriguez and Antonio Rodriguez, stepchildren John C. Reyes and Esteban Reyes, his brothers Alfonso Rodriguez and Camerino Rodriguez, sister Felia Ramos, five grandchildren Jasmin, Rene, Francisco, Samuel and Diego and four great grandchildren Andy, Adriel, Elijah and Jayleen.

Antonio loved to take care of his animals and was devoted to his church. He was a hardworking man, gentle, kind and a very happy man.

A Visitation for Antonio will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street, Merced, California.

Rosary and Prayer Service will begin on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. with the funeral mass following at 11:00 a.m. at Shrine of St Jude Thaddeus, Livingston, 330 Franci St, Livingston, California. Graveside Service will follow at Winton Cemetery District, 7651 Almond Ave, Winton, California.
