She was preceded in death by her parents, Gregorio and Ascencion Aceves; children, Daniel Chacon, Candy Uvina, Grace Chacon and Raymond Magana; sister, Frances Aceves and brother, Ramiro Aceves.She leaves behind her children, Leo, Sylvia and Ramiro Chacon, Paulina and Francisco Magana, and Alvina Parrigon; brother, Gregorio Aceves; sister, Nancy Gabino-Aceves; 23 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Merced.Concepcion was a great mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be deeply missed by all.
