Donald Wayne Salmon was born on June 26, 1942 in Morris, OK to Homer Seth Salmon and Virginia Lee Corn Salmon and passed away on November 12, 2011 in Modesto, CA at the age of 69.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, Homer Seth Salmon and his sister, Juanita Salmon Hammon.
Donald is survived by his mother, Virginia Lee Corn Salmon; 3 sisters, Helen Salmon Smit of Okmulgee, OK, Geneva Salmon Guchian of Cypress, TX, Melvina Salmon Kimberlin of Spring, TX; a host of relatives, Uncle Raymond Corn (Patsy); nephews, Brad Bowden (Wanda) of Brookshire, TX, Doug Bowden of San Rafael, CA; nieces, LeAnn Smit; and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 9:00am-12:00pm at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home and services will follow at 1:00pm at the Church of Christ, 2050 Yosemite Parkway, Merced, CA.
