Frank is lovingly remembered by his devoted spouse, Margaret, and his caring mother, Alicia. His remarkable life will continue to be celebrated by his children, Pedie, Frank Jr., Chelsea, Beckie, Angela, Jonathan, and Brian, who will carry forward the values he instilled in them. Frank's spirit will be deeply missed by his brothers, Greg, Martin, Gonzalo, Augustine, Raul, Jose, and Luis, and his sisters, Rosa, Yolanda, Patricia, and Griselda.

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Julie, Carlos, Anthony, Blake, Katilayia, Nohla, Ceselie, and Sophia, and the joy he brought to his great-grandchildren, Aiden, Eric, and Leonel, will be a cherished memory in their lives.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Gregorio, whose guidance and love shaped the man Frank became. His legacy of strength and resilience will continue to live on through the family he loved so dearly.

Throughout his life, Frank was a pillar of strength and reliability, always willing to lend a hand where it was needed. His occupation as a handyman was more than just a job, it was a reflection of his nature to help and support others. Frank was instrumental in the recovery efforts of the Planada post office after a devastating flood, a testament to his unwavering commitment to his community.
