

Born in Laos on March 11, 1958, to Nhia Vang Xiong and Mai Yang. Joua Ze’s journey led him to the U.S. in 1980, where he built a life filled with love for his family. His strength, courage, and unwavering devotion to his loved ones shaped everything he did.
In 1977, Joua Ze married Khou Moua, and together they shared 48 years of struggles, respect, and admiration. Their bond was a true testament to what love should be. Joua Ze’s love for his 10 children and 31 grandchildren was endless. He taught them the values of hard work, respect, and kindness, always putting family first.
Joua Ze’s generosity reached beyond his own family- he brought families from Thailand, offering them shelter and support. His compassion, kindness, and willingness to help others were a shining example of his remarkable spirit.
Even in the face of nasopharyngeal cancer, Joua Ze’s strength and love never wavered. He fought bravely, his heart always full of love for those around him.
Joua Ze’s serious nature, infectious sense of thoughts, and the warmth he brought to everyone will be missed by all who knew him. As we say goodbye, we know his love, legacy, and guidance will continue to inspire us.
Joua Ze, you are deeply missed, but your spirit and love will live on forever. Rest in peace, dear Joua Ze Xiong. You were a gift to this world, and we will cherish you always.
