Linda Higgins was born on November 4, 1949 to Robert and Marie Pipkin in Durango, Colorado. She was a resident of Merced, California for 26 years. Linda passed away of natural causes on December 25, 2017.
Linda was affiliated with Winton First Baptist Church and Choir. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rodney S. Higgins. Linda is survived by her children William B. Towell Jr. and daughter in-law Angie I. Towel, her grandchildren Jonathan and Jessica Towell. There will be a visitation for Linda on January 4, 2018 held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, located at 1490 B. Street, Merced, California from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. She will have a graveside service on January 5, 2018 at San Joaquim Valley National Cemetery, at 12:30 p.m., located at 32053 W. MaCabe Rd., Santa Nella, California.
