Margaret was a parishioner at St. Patrick’s Parish. She was a volunteer at Mercy Hospital for over 30 years and also a Charter Member. She was involved with many organizations such as; Altar Society, Gem & Mineral Club, Lakeside Club, Garden Club and Yosemite Sam Camping Club.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that made every major holiday a memorable experience. She was tireless in her efforts to provide a loving, comfortable home to her family.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Maxwell Winters and son, David Winters.
She is survived by her children, Patricia (Doug) Waggoner, Max (Diane) Winters, Susan (Dennis) Rinehart, Stephen (Betty) Winters, Michael Winters, Marian (Mark) Ernst, Philip (Brenda) Winters and Timothy (Linda) Winters; and was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B St., Merced, CA on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2:00pm.
