Mark was born April 9, 1957 in Long Beach, California. He worked in the Automotive Repair business for most of his adult life and finally achieved his personal dream of opening up his own Automotive Repair business in 2006.
Mark had a passion for automobiles, motorcycles and drag races. He was also an avid music lover. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind and compassionate spirit.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Vernon “Jim” and his mother, Delores.
He is survived by his daughter, Amber (Billy) Dickens; grandchildren, Lauren and Chase Macias; siblings, Rick Racobs, Cathy Carter and Cheryl Racobs.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at the First Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m.. Flowers may be sent to 500 Buena Vista Dr., Merced, California, 95348. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
