Steven Jesse Moreno, age 28, of Merced, California passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022. Steven was born in Merced on January 11, 1994 to his parents Lou and Priscilla Moreno. Steven loved fishing, his truck, and his guns. He loved his family and friends and was always there to meet you with a smile. He would often go out of his way to help others and his bigger than life sense of humor brought happiness to all he encountered. He will be remembered as someone who had a heart of gold that shone through to everyone he met.
Steven is survived by his parents, Lou and Priscilla Moreno, brothers, Anthony P Moreno (Elena Gomez) and Jesse Gibson, niece, Willow E. Moreno, and grandparents, Theresa Avila and Loretta Moreno. Steven is preceded in death by his loved one, Hilario O. Avila Jr.
A visitation will be held for Steven on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Stratford Evans Funeral Home located at 1490 B Street in Merced, CA.
