Thelma Opal Fellows was born on October 9, 1924 in Manford, Oklahoma. Thelma moved to Merced, California in 1947 where she resided for 64 years. She passed away on August 30, 2011 in Chowchilla, California at the age of 86.
She loved the mountains, fishing, arrowhead hunting, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Thelma is preceded in death by her husband, Roy A. “Bud” Fellows.
Thelma is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Verna Fellows of Merced; two grandchildren, Debbie Fellows of San Francisco and Brian Fellows of Merced; and one great-grandson, Jordan Fellows of Merced.
Services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 2:00p.m. at Merced District Cemetery.
