Funeral services for Mr. Billy Joe Houston will be held Monday at 10 am at Collinsville United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hamrick Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Houston, 85, of Crestview, FL passed away at his residence on September 11, 2015.
He was born on July 23, 1930 in Collinsville to Joe B. and Earlene Houston. He graduated from Collinsville High School and soon after joined the U.S. Marine Corp serving his country in the Korean War as a tank commander.
He is survived by his sister Bobbie Jean Houston of Crestview; three nieces and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe B., mother Earlene, sisters Beth Browning, Carol Cauley and brother Jack Houston.
