Dorothy Faye Beck

Graveside services for Dorothy Faye Beck will be held Wednesday, at 10 a.m., at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Jack Kern officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Beck, 91, of Meridian, died Sunday, May 22, 2011, at Meridian Community Living Center. She was a retired seamstress for Burnley Shirt Factory, homemaker who loved cooking, gardening, her pets and being a member of Highland Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Dora Beck; grandchildren: Donald L. Beck, and Kim Litchfield and her husband Jeremy, all of Meridian; step-sons: Mark Watkins and his wife Tammy of Meridian, Kevin Watkins and his wife Bethany of Madison, and Christopher Watkins of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo E. Beck.

Visitation will be today, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Stephens Funeral Home.
