Johnnie Daniel Anthony

Services for Mr. Johnnie Daniel Anthony will be held Wednesday at 10 am at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Boles will be officiating. Burial will be in Long Creek cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Anthony, 72,of Meridian, passed away at Rush Foundation Hospital on Sunday. He was retired from Emmons Brothers Mattress Co. where he worked for 40 plus years. He was also a faithful servant at Evangel Temple where he served in various capacities for many years.

He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Smith, brother, Coleman Anthony, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jason Ford, Josh Pratt, Tony Anthony, Danny Anthony, Michael Lundy, and Matthew Lundy. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Colburn, Joe Lundy, Paul Lundy, Randy Lundy, Junior McMinn, Eugene Anthony, David Anthony, John Holdiness and Jamie Lundy.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6pm to 8 pm at Stephens Funeral Home.
