Allen J. Helton, Jr., 82, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday March 10, 2012. Allen was born in Stockton, Alabama to his parents Allen J. Helton, Sr. and Stella Schram Helton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Allen is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Alene Helton; daughter Connie(James) Tully of Charlotte, NC; son Brent(Debbie) Helton of Melbourne, FL; daughter Becky(Glen) Watson of Tallahassee, FL; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother Edward(Jean) Helton, of Milton, FL; Sister-in-laws Peggy Helton of Milton, FL and Carolyn Helton of Montgomery, AL.
Calling hours are 10-11AM followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 11AM on Tuesday March 13, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Merritt Island.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
