Nan, as she was best known, passed away peacefully at 93 years young. She lived an amazing, long, eclectic life. Bette, as her siblings referred to her, was born in St Louis Missouri. She then lived many years in Michigan. Upon meeting the love of her life, Mac, they made Merritt Island Florida their forever home. She is preceded by husband Ronald (Mac) McKenzie , son John McKenzie, grandson Danny P Wilkins , brother Jim Wright, sis Mary, best friends Sandy Drake, Fran & Ted Warner, June Bowers, Jenny McKenzie, Dale & Mary Wilkins, and beloved dog Oliver. As well, many other relatives and loved ones excited to greet her in HEAVEN!

She is survived by Patricia Wilkins, Ja'Catt Brockett, Traci Parker, Karrie McKenzie, Jim & Michelle Mckenzie, Sharon Wright, and many Grand/Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was loved and adored by so many. Anyone that met her considered her their "BESTIE". She felt the same and treated everyone as such. She can be remembered for her bright outlook, warm smile, and amazing sense of humor.

Betty - Nan's memory will never be forgotten and will be in our hearts forever.

Flowers are beautiful and appreciated. They will be donated to Island Rehab (where she had resided) after the service.

In lieu, donations can be made in her name to Brevard Humane Society or Hospice of Brevard.
