Charles was born in Bronx, N.Y. He also served his country in the US Navy.
Charles is survived by his wife Kelly, daughter Jeannine, sister, Joyce Mancini-Ranch. He also is survived by 4 grandchildren; James Arxer, Jasmine Colon, Gabrielle Colon and Lanah Mancini. Charles was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Arxer.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday October 27, 2011 at 5 PM at Florida Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Rockledge, FL
Burial will be held on Tuesday November 1, 2011 at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL at 1:15 PM.
