She was the eldest of five children; Don, Linda, Marlene and Cherie (who predeceased her).
She graduated from Fergus County High School and went on to work for the Fergus County Welfare Dept as a stenographer.
She met her lifelong sweetheart, Jay (Sonny) Squier in the fall of 1962 and they were married on October 5 of the same year.
Their first born was Debra Lynn on August 28, 1963 followed by Crystal Michelle on Sept 15, 1966 (who passed away on November 1, 2016) and finally, the apple of his mom’s eye, Jay Wesley on July 3, 1970.
The love of Jo Anne’s life, Sonny Squier, went home to be with the Lord on July 31, 2002.
Today we celebrate not just the life of Jo Anne, but also the special reunion of Sonny and Jo Anne Squier in heaven.
