Jean G. Stryker, only child of Eugene and Fannie Stryker, born May 26, 1918 went to be with the Lord on September 21, 2010. She grew up and was educated in Nebraska and lived the past 31 years in Merritt Island Florida.
Jean was a member of the Disciples of Christ Christian Church and until recently was a regular attendee of Grace United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of fifty-three years, James M. Stryker. Three sons remain; James E. and (Karen), Steven C. and (Gina), and David A. Grandchildren include: Shane, Ryan, Kevin, Gerritt, Courtnay, Katherine and Elizabeth. Great grandchildren are: Tyler and Connor.
A Memorial Service will be held on October 5, 2010 at 10:00 am at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home in Merritt Island.
