Hi Jessica. I just found out about your passing. My condolences go out to your family. It’s been a long while. I went to Manatee Elementary School with you and recently thought of you for the first time in many years. You may not know, but you were one of my first friends I made when I moved down to Florida. I didn’t have many friends, but you showed me compassion and made an effort to get to know me. I’m sorry we lost contact as the years went by, and I hope that you’re in a better place now. Thank you for everything even if you didn’t realize it. You really made a difference to a seven year old me.

It's insane to think that I lost such a great friend 2 years ago.  I doesn't even feel as if it has been that long. But not a day goes by that I don't look at the picture of us I have in my room and I don't miss you. Everyday I wonder what you'd be doing now, or how much you'd love being in high school. I want to share my special Jessica day.  Everywhere I went in school, I saw you.  Your friends were wearing their shirts.  Your picture was in different places throughout the building. It seemed as if you were smiling at me all day, that beautiful smile which lit up a room and made every one and everything feel great.  Some of your friends asked me about doing something to remember you at school.  But you see, beautiful girl, it is difficult to remember one who was never forgotten.  I think of your mother often as this first year closes and a new one begins.  I pray for her, for I truly understand the depth of her pain and loss.  She loves you.  She thinks of you, every single minute of every single day.  I also think of you... and wish with all of the pieces of my shattered heart, that you were still here.  I wish it for your mom. We told eachother everything. We weren't ever embarrassed to tell eachother anything. I dont know who i'm going to turn to anymore. You always helped me make the right decisions. Who will help me. What if i turn into a wreck. Please help me. It just hurts so much knowing that i can't grow old with you. I'll always have you in my heart but it'll never be the same. I'll never know just how beautiful you were going to be. Even though you were already flawless. Just last weekend, we were together having the best times. I can't believe how fast you were taken from me. I would give anything just to give you one last hug. I wanna talk to you again. Hear your voice. Hold you again. I have no idea what to feel or think right now. I feel like its all a dream and you'll show up at my door tomorrow saying you were kidding. I'm gunna miss walking to all our classes and the bus together. I feel so dead inside. You were my first bestfriend. You're like the twin sister i never had but always wanted. They say the good die young, but why you. I'm still in such shock. it'll never be the same when I go to your house. I feel so bad for your mom and brother. But i know you're watching them and don't worry i'll take care of them. I just can't say how much i love you beautiful. You were so flawless and amazing. I remember how much you used to talk about being a dolphin trainer and a marine . I hope up in heaven you can fulfill your dreams. I just want to see you at my house one last time. I just wanna be able to see your face again. I have no clue how i'm going to live without you. I feel so lost and it hasn't even been a whol month yet. I feel scared, lonely and so depressed. I know you wouldn't want anyone like this but you were so amazing i can't help but be so depressed. I can't wait to see you again one day. Don't ever forget me. I just want to go back to Friday and ask you to come stay the weekend. Save you. So i didn't feel so guilty for everything. I don't know if i'll ever be happy again. Your daughter had so much fun helping me sell my handbags, wallets and jewelry at the Sunset Café a few years ago.  She was their with Grace and Mike.  She had so much fun modeling my products that I thought she was a natural beauty and would become a model!  I will never forget her and her vivacious personality.  I will keep Jessica, Gracie and Mike in my prayers always.

Hey there. I never really got to know you personally, but I can tell that you would have made an awesome friend and I know you were an awesome person. From what I've heard, your smile could change a person's day from being an outright terrible one to an outright great one. You didn't deserve to be taken so early-- I wish that didn't happen. As a brother I know what it's like to have someone you care so much about -- but I don't want to have to know what it's like to lose those people so dear to you. Siblings fight, yell, we argue, but at the center of it all, we really just love each other. Josh, stay strong bud. Parents, I can only imagine what it's like to lose your precious one. I speak on behalf of my entire family.  We grew up on Long Island with Jessica's grandparents, Bernadette and Frank. We all moved to Florida. We went to Palm Beach County and they went to their awesome house on the water. Our family watched Jessica's Mom grow up. I can say my family loves loves Bernadette.  We know her heart. My beloved father always spoke of Bernadette as A LOVE.   I know Debbie is the same. Our hearts sink for all of you.  I wonder if she is with her grandmother Margie and my mom Alice. I had the pleasure to ride with Jesse on Patriot rides and the Toy Run. I was so impressed with her smile and attitude.        my heart goes out to a young girl that had her life cut so short.  I also lost a child and know how deeply devastated the parents will be the rest of their lives. I will forever remember the sweetness and smile of this young girl.

I was given a gift, once. This is a very personal gift, given to me by Jessica. I was able to give Jessie a ride in my late Father's (Jerry) Crossfire convertible. She told me she had never been in one, and it was my distinct pleasure to give her a ride. She was looking up at the sky, talking about her Aunt Donna, her angel.

From now on, I will always look to the sky and know that Jessica is up there with Donna. My angels, too…

I only knew Jess for a very short week on the cruise, but I can attest to how sweet and caring she was. Jessica is gone, but will never be forgotten and she will always have a space in my heart as we share so many memories from the cruise. My condolences are to Josh and his entire family...
