Ada Nadene Hille was born in Bell, CA. on February 8th, 1942. She was the daughter of Merril and Ila Follett. Nadene was raised in Mesa, Arizona, and attended Mesa High School, graduating with the class of 1960. Nadene has one sister, Patty Spear LeMans, who was her best friend. Nadene worked at the phone company, Motorola, Mesa Country Club, Board of Realtors, and her most recent employment was with Gilbert Public Schools.
Her daughter Renee was born on May 19, 1962 after a short marriage that ended when Renee was five. In 1968 she married the love of her life, Jim Hille. They moved from Mesa to their dream home which Jim built on two acres in Gilbert, Arizona, in 1974.
Nadene battled kidney disease and received a kidney transplant in 2001. She considered this her miracle because she could now travel. Nadene took many trips with her husband, Jim, to Alaska, camping, and just driving around the U.S. She also traveled to Hawaii, Cape Cod, and Oregon with her daughter Renee, son-in-law Gregg, and her beloved grandchildren, Paige and Logan.
Nadene had a love for painting and was very artistic. She created beautiful folk art that decorates her and her daughters' homes. She loved spending time with her friends, her two nieces Stacey and Stephanie, nephew Mark, brother-in-law Eugene, great-nieces Taylor, Hannah, Sarah, and Grace; along with her cousins and family.
Nadene touched so many people and lived life to the fullest. She overcame many obstacles throughout her life with a positive attitude and a brave heart, even in her last minutes. She would have been happy to know she was surrounded by loved ones until the very end. Her precious spirit will be missed by all who loved her.
