Benard Kendall Griffin, 82, of Gold Canyon, AZ passed away peacefully at his home on March 8, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born on May 1, 1932 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Truman A. and Irene [Kendall} Griffin. Ben graduated from Northwestern University in Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree and started his career as a bank teller and worked his way up to manager with Wells Fargo. In 1994, after 25 years in banking, Ben retired from Lockheed Federal Credit Union as Executive Vice President. Ben loved to travel and has visited every continent except for Antarctica. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sibling and is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Bonnie Griffin; son Mark Griffin; daughters Debbie (Chris) Francis and Becky (Jeff) Kadlec as well as his grandchildren Kevin and Kristina Francis and Brett Kadlec. He will be truly missed.
