He is survived by his daughter Vicki Goodrich, granddaughter Cynthia Ormsby, and two great grandchildren; Matthew Skipper and Aaron Ormsby.
He joins his parents, brothers, sisters, and his son Michael Mead in heaven.
Billy loved taking care of his dogs, working on puzzles and going to church.
Billy was a dedicated father to his children and a born-again Christian. His presence will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
