Carol Sue Jacobsen passed away on August 11, 2011, in Mesa, Arizona. Born in Oakland, California, to Paul and Ethel (nee Weitkamp) Carpenter, Carol arrived on December 26, 1946. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother. An avid quilter, Carol has over 60 quilts in her handmade collection. She is survived by her husband Spencer, son and daughter-in-law Chris and Adrienne Jacobsen, son Chad Jacobsen, and grandchildren Corbin Jacobsen and Kaleb Short. Carol is preceded in death by her parents.
